The programme of events for 2012 has now been finalised in partnership with The 'Friends of Hanningfield'. All events will take place at West Hanningfield Village Hall commencing at 7.00pm and there is no charge for attending. Allcomers welcome.
Fly Tying Evenings
Every Wednesday commencing at 7.00pm, with the evenings controlled by Hugh Nolan and Peter Yeoman. Beginners through to more expert tyers are all welcome.
Wednesday February 1st
Presentation by Hugh Nolan on Salmon and Trout fishing in Iceland based on his pesonal visit diring late September 2011.
Wednesday February 15th
Presentation by Mark Lloyd of the Angling Trust on its' actions and aspirations on behalf of all fisherman and fisheries. A great chance to see what they are doing and how they see the future unfolding.
Wednesday March 21st
Presentation by Mick Brown on his passion for and career in angling over the decades including his particular specialities. Many of you will have seen him featuring on the fishing programmes co-ordinated and presented by Matt Hayes on TV and found his genial, down to earth, common sense approach refreshing. This will, we're sure, be evident at his presentation.
